Old Man Drummond is a criminal who dressed up as the Mummy Ghost at a construction site.
Physical appearance[]
Drummond is an elderly man with balding, gray hair and a large beard and mustache. He is only seen wearing his Mummy Ghost costume.
Personality[]
Very little of his personality was shown, other than he was mad when caught and later startled when the cement truck he was stuck in sped through the construction site.

Season two[]
He, alongside Dr. Shepard and Wayne dressed up as three different monsters and haunted a construction site for unknown reasons.
After the three were caught. Fred ran around the construction site and unmasked them while the gang followed him around completely exhausted and tired. He unmasked the Mummy Ghost to reveal Old Man Drummond.
After he unmasked the other two, Daphne started to worry about him while while Velma stated that he was okay due to his reasoning skills being intact. This was proven false when a cyclist passed by and Fred grabbed and tried to unmask him. While the police pulled him away, they accidentally bumped into the cement truck (which still had Old Man Drummond still on it) causing it to move through the construction site, destroying it.
