Officer Mike was a police officer, solving crimes with his partner, police dog Axel.
Physical appearance[]
Officer Mike is a middle-aged man with dark brown hair with streaks of lighter brown hair along the sides of his head. He also has a big, bushy mustache. He wears a blue police uniform with a black necktie, a silver badge on his left breast, and a police cap.
Personality[]
Officer Mike was outwardly a diligent policeman who loves his dog, and talks to him in a cutesy way. However, in reality, he has become so infatuated by his police dog Axel that it seems to have displaced his sense of duty and justice, committing crimes just to please Axel.

Season two[]
Officer Mike and Axel followed a jewelry store thief who had stolen a rainbow emerald ring into the dump. Axel apprehended the thief, but the ring was thrown into the garbage mounds, which Mike witnessed. Wanting the ring himself, he made a suit of powerful magnets to stick metal trash to his body, creating a Trash Monster to scare away visitors to the junkyard as he searched the junkyard for the ring. He ultimately wanted to sell the ring so he could buy more treats for Axel, as he was deeply infatuated with his dog.
Officer Mike is revealed as the culprit.
When Mystery Inc. arrived at the dump searching for a part for the Mystery Machine, Mike attempted to deter them as the Trash Monster, though Axel was not aware of his crimes and was also investigating the monster attacks. Though Axel feigned bravery, he expressed absolute terror when he encountered the monster, as he previously thought the monster was merely a weather balloon. Axel stopped Mystery Inc. from investigating, ordering them to leave as he thought the monster was too dangerous for them. However, Mystery Inc. nevertheless stayed and caught the monster, using a powerful electromagnet to strip away the Trash Monster's metal. Mike was revealed as the culprit, exposed for his crimes, and handed to authorities.
