He was called by the gang after they caught their first monster, which was greedy Mr. Rigby.
He, North and Frank arrived at the Rigby house, he and North went into the coat closet, which led to a little room where Rigby hid his stash of stolen electronics and took some pictures of the evidence.
He was surprised about it, and later had Rigby arrested and taken to jail for a long time.
