Obliteratrix was the second disguise of Alice May. This time she was carrying out Mr. E's orders to make it look like the kids were in danger in order to draw out Professor Pericles. If he came to help them he might weaken his defenses on his piece of the Planispheric Disk.
Physical appearance
She was wearing a high-tech black leather dominatrix-type of costume arranged in rings around her body. The mask has lenses over the eyes and a large metal part over the mouth which acts as a voice scrambler.
Personality
She seemed dedicated to hunting down the gang, but it was all an act. All the attacks were special effects. Her first attack, which seemed to destroy the Mystery Machine, actually blew up a copy instead.
Powers and abilities
Her suit and weapons gave her many capabilities: super-leaping, invisibility, drawing weapons from nowhere, and shooting nets. Her weaponry came from Quest Research Laboratories, a subsidiary of Destroido Corp..

Alice May
Obliteratrix was Alice May. She got out of prison by Mr. E (even though Alice didn't told the gang that she isn't Deacon Carlswell's daughter). She went to Quest Research Labrotory where she collected the items she needed to be the Obliteratrix. Her plan would have worked it she wasn't stopped by Angel Dynamite/Cassidy Williams (she calls Cassidy "Ms. Meddilling Sassy Pants")

Notes/Trivia
- The flashback cameo where Alice May gets the weapons features a cameo by Dr. Quest, Johnny Quest, Race Bannon, Hadji, and Bandit from the original Johnny Quest series.
- She showed high dedication in carrying out Mr. E's orders and when Angel caught her she seemed to be very upset. Also a weird thing is that while she was explaining how she become the Obliteratrix she mentioned Professor Pericles with a clenched fist and an angry expression, she also seemed to understand the whole Planispheric Disc plot.
