Ned Fussbuster was the owner of Crystal Cove's cheese shop, Something Cheesy this way Comes. He was assisted by his trained pet chimpanzee, Roberto, disguised as a human.
Physical appearance[]
Ned is a rotund man with short black hair and a small moustache. He wears a blue and white vertical striped shirt under a white apron with a red bowtie, black pants, and black shoes.
Personality[]
He is very passionate about cheese and was delighted to cater a party hosted by Nan Blake, who he said had good taste. However, he is also incredibly greedy, as he trained Roberto to steal valuables using bells and was willing to frame an innocent man to get what he wants. Due to Roberto's obsession with bells, he is very annoyed by the sound, as his pets started stealing bells as well.

Early life[]
Before opening a cheese shop, he worked in Indonesia on the trade ships. During this time, he trained his pet chimp Roberto how to steal using bells. However, Roberto became obsessed with bells and started stealing them as well.
Season two[]
When the Traveling Cabinet of Curiosities arrived in Crystal Cove, he disguised Roberto as the Hodag of Horror to steal the key to Gene Shepherd's safe contain a priceless 500-year-old wheel of cheese so he could retire to the Netherlands. He also planted valuables in Gene's attraction in an attempt to frame him and get the key. After Roberto was caught, he took Nova hostage and explained his plan before demanded the cheese. Scooby throws the cheese as Ned and both he and Roberto were arrested. After Gene leaves, the gang finds the fourth piece of the Planispheric Disk inside the cheese.
Post Nibiru[]
When the Evil Entity was destroyed, it created an alternate timeline where's it's negative influence never happened. As a result, Ned's plan with the Hodag never happened.
