Nancy is an adult Asian woman with long black hair and black eyes. When she is at the Wilkinson Snowboarding Open, she is wearing a red coat with a white trim over a blue sweater. She also wears white mittens, red pearl-earrings and black boots.[1]
Her casual wear consists of a lavender blazer and midi-skirt, with the blazer having an open purple collar and purple buttons down the front and on the cuffs. She also wears purple high-heeled shoes and lavender pearl-earrings.

Nancy is confident while she's filming live. She is dedicated to her job and is seemingly willing to do anything to keep it.[1]

She covered the Wilkinson Snowboarding Open. Mystery Inc. caught her on TV, talking to Bruce Wilkinson on his arrival -- right when the gang arrived, with a distracted Fred Jones almost running over the two.
As the gang was investigating the Snow Creature that was terrorizing the event, they overhear Nancy talking to her superior about getting the channel higher ratings. This led to the gang suspecting her of being the Snow Creature. She was cleared of suspicion when the real culprit was apprehended.[1]
