Scooby-Doo! & Batman: The Brave and the Bold[]

After observing Mystery Inc. throughout their mystery solving, Batman and the other members staged an initiation test such as a fake puppeteer scam with Martian Manhunter and Detective Chimp disguised as the Ghost of Puppetto and Fredo, which they passed and Batman welcomed them to their ranks.

Mystery Inc. arrived at the Analysts' headquarters, where they additionally met Question, Black Canary and Plastic Man, as well as Aquaman, who was not a member at the time. Mystery Inc. was asked to take the lead in the next case for the Analysts. When an alarm sounded from Gotham Chemical Storage, the assembled Mystery Analysts headed for the warehouse, where they found that several phials with a radioactive isotope have been stolen.

During their confrontation with the Crimson Cloak, Batman and the gang were framed by a mysterious imposter, leading them to be pursued by Detective Bullock and the other Analyst members, but managed to evade them and head to the Batcave.

After deducing the Crimson Cloak's identity as Clayface, the gang, dressed in Batman's old costume and the costumes of his former sidekicks, captured him in the Bat-Dehydrator and Bullock arrested him. Batman unmasked "Question," revealing him to be Riddler in disguise. Activating Achilles Milo's teleporter, Riddler prepared to destroy Gotham with it, but he got knocked by the real Question. As the vortex went out of control, a human shape manifested in it. Working together, Mystery Inc. and the Analysts reversed the device's polarity and freed the figure before it self-destructed. The figure was revealed to be Leo Scarlett, who was trapped in an interdimensional void, and was now finally reunited with his father. Riddler and his henchmen were arrested by the police, while Batman thanked Mystery Inc. for their help.
