History

What's New, Scooby-Doo?

Season two

Mystery Inc. paid a visit to Melbourne's dig and were caught up in the mystery involving the Pyramid of the Moon. After being chased by his hypnotized 'zombie' minions, the gang returned to the pyramid and went inside. When Fred Jones and the others were hypnotized by the light traps, Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Rogers were left to solve the mystery by themselves.

Melbourne O'Reilly unmasked.

After escaping the pyramid and freeing their friends from the light's controls, they were attacked by the pharaoh himself. He grabbed Scooby, who cried for "Relp", breaking the trance. Fred was devastated when Melbourne was unmasked, until Prince Qasl was revealed as the true villain, in his plot to divert water to his own businesses.
