Ms. Primm is the owner of the Primm Hotel.
Physical appearance[]
Primm is a slim woman with black lipstick. She wore a princess costume during a Halloween party that consists of a pinkish-red dress with yellow crosses and a belt, a long red cape, gray sleeves and a headpiece along with a golden crown with a red jewel.
Personality[]
She was upset over business being ruined do to a supposed "real-live" phantom scaring away the guests, and later became delighted to serve the gang a reward of invisible food even after the constant string of other invisible things encountered throughout their case.
History[]
She encountered the gang just as they arrived seeing guests from her and her nephew Seymour's hotel running out in fright, which she told them that a terrible phantom was the thing responsible for scaring them away. The gang then went to the hotel to help solve the case.
She later reentered the hotel along with the rest of the guests. Her nephew Seymour turned out to behind the phantom haunting, and he hired two unnamed miners as accomplices to gather gold coins underneath the hotel as he terrified the guests, so she would've been forced to sell it to them so he could get rich.
She then decided to be silly by giving a plate of invisible food to the gang as a reward.
