Ms. Anja is a glamorous middle-aged woman with white hair. She dresses in a black, gray, and white ensemble, which includes a long, white fur coat, grey sweater, and a fur hat.
Personality[]
Velma described Ms. Anja as an "expert on all things frozen," clearly passionate about her ice hotel. This reflects in her cold personality, as she would often sternly say words in Swedish which intimidated Shaggy and Scooby. While she co-owned the ice hotel with the Blakes, she despised sharing the hotel with them and wanted full control of the hotel. Driven by greed, she turned to crime, stealing Daphne's heirloom to gain full ownership of the hotel.

Season two[]
Anja hosted an exhibition at her ice hotel, but plotted to steal a prehistoric necklace intended for display. The necklace was an heirloom from Daphne's great-grandmother to Daphne, but Anja wanted to sell it so she could buy the Blakes' share of the ice hotel. To scare away potential witnesses, she disguised herself as a caveman found frozen by Dr. Vantee, which was also on display at the exhibition. She first attacked Bryan and Mary, two workers at the hotel.

When the Gang visited the hotel, Anja welcomed their investigations, but attacked them as the caveman. However, during the investigation, Daphne attempted to take the necklace for herself, as her mother took it from her without her permission. So, when Daphne broke into the vault, Anja caught the Gang inside the vault and had them detained in the hotel jail cell, accusing them of attempted theft. However, they broke out, lured the caveman under a chandelier, and shot it down with a laser cutter, causing it to capture the caveman. Anja was unmasked, exposed for her crimes, and handed to authorities.
