Mrs. Cutler, better known as Widow Cutler due to the supposed death of her husband, Captain Cutler, ran the Old Lighthouse.
History
Early life
She was taken in for questioning by the local law authority because it was believed that her witchcraft had brought her "dead" husband back to life, referred to as the Ghost of Captain Cutler.
Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!
Season one
The gang read this in the newspaper at the local Malt Shop and went to the lighthouse to question her.
It was found out that it was all a part of the Cutler's scam. He wasn't dead, and he was stealing ships.
