Mr. Winterbottom is the curator at the Coolsville Aquarium.
Physical appearance[]
Winterbottom is a heavyset middle-aged man with gray hair and white streaks, along with a long mustache. He wears a gray suit over a white shirt and blue tie, along with silver shoes.
Personality[]
He was a pretty proud man, welcoming people to the aquarium and is knowledgeable about sea stuff, but did show some signs of getting upset about things, like when he saw the "janitor" being slow at his job and later the prized Rainbow Flounder getting stolen.
History[]
He invited the gang over to an after-hours tour at the aquarium and have them see the newest attraction, the Rainbow Flounder. After some time spent explaining talking about how the place was designed, stopping by the snack bar for dinner and yelling at the janitor, they made it to the room with the Rainbow Flounder, but ended up witnessing a thief, who goes by the Fishy Phantom, steal the flounder and run off. Fred immediately took over and said that he and the gang will help take care of the problem, and suggests that he should go tell security to keep all exits guarded so the phantom won't escape.
He later returned when it was revealed to be Steve Curly, the snack bar manager planning to sell the fish after-hours, and he and the rest of the gang went back in to celebrate with the Rainbow Flounder safety back in it's tank
