After a "vampire attack" at Great Skull Island, Leon tells his niece Lisa and the Mystery Inc. about the family's secret. He explains to Lisa that her grandfather was a vampire, who followed the family to turn Lisa into a vampire. However, it was later revealed that Leon faked the images of Mr. Vanaugh as a vampire.
