Personality

He appeared to be good-natured, being a friendly neighborhood dog trainer. But his true nature of being stingy and mischievous was uncovered when he was unmasked as the Ghost of Buster McMuttmauler, as he was trying to get the collar for the jewels. Despite his ungenerous nature, he is shown to be polite towards others.
