Mr. Peebles is a short, rotund man, of late middle age. He is balding, with reddish-brown hair and a mustache, he wears a green vest and a white shirt, he also wears a black tie, blue pants and black shoes.

He seems to be somewhat short-tempered, often yelling at Magilla Gorilla.

Prior to the gang's arrival, Mr. Peebles was hosting an adoption event with Wanda Sykes until he was "abducted" by the Fish Monster. In reality, he faked his kidnapping and posed as the monster, hoping to finally rid himself of Magilla Gorilla and follow his passion of selling clothes.
