History[]
Scooby-Doo (DC Comics)[]
Mr. Pamix lived as a hermit at the edge of Emerald Grove, Vermont. Due to the recent attacks of the Celtic god Cernunnos, Mystery Inc. visited Pamix after being directed there by Sheriff Blake and Mike Thorndike, a member of the town council. Pamix, welcoming them into his home, condemned the local Druidic sect, calling their leader, Professor Mawer, a fraud. Pamix then directed them to the druid commune so they could investigate further.
Later, Pamix found a stolen statue, which Cernunnos was supposedly attacking Emerald Grove over. He moved the statue back to the commune, where it was later found by Mystery Inc. After Mystery Inc. exposed Mawer for stealing the statue himself and disguising himself as Cernunnos, Pamix assumed leadership of the druids in his place. This fulfilled a prophecy associated with the statue stating that the person who returned it would be the true leader of the druids. With his new position, he thanked Mystery Inc. for their help, planning to reconcile with the people of Emerald Grove for Cernunnos' attacks on the town.
