Mr. Cutler was one of the owners of Cutler's Sail Shop.
Physical appearance[]
Mr. Cutler is an elderly man with balding, gray hair. He wore a blue captains jacket over a light blue turtleneck shirt, pants and black shoes.
Personality[]
Just like his sister, he was calm and unfazed by the constant visits from shoppers and beach goers buying stuff from their store after previous ones broke from attacks by the ghost of his great-grandfather. However, it was all part of his greedy scheme in making more money.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! Mini Mysteries[]
He and his sister met the gang when they arrived to their shop and were told about the recent attack and breaking of Scooby's surfboard. They were both unfazed as the attacks were kinda common do to the constant visits they had from various beach goers.
He noticed Shaggy and Scooby staring at a painting of their great-grandfather, Captain Cutler, and told them about him a little bit, but was interrupted when Mr. Shark, an old man, entered the store and warned everyone about Captain Cutler's curse on Rocky Point Beach, and turning it's waters into a Graveyard of Ships. His sister went over to calm him down while he gave the gang a boat to buy.
Cutler unmasked.
Later at night, he was revealed as the culprit, and his sister was helping him out too. They both used the legend of their Great-Grandfather's ghost to scare off beach goers and break their boats and surfboards so they could spend more money buying new ones, with Mr. Cutler dressed as the ghost and his sister connected a pump to his diving suit to fill up with air so he could last longer underwater.
