Mr. Cooper was a farmer from Connecticut.
Physical appearance[]
Cooper is a short, elderly man with gray hair, and a large mustache beard. He wore a navy blue jacket over a dark gray turtleneck sweater, and he had a captains hat with a black brim.
Personality[]
He appeared rather serious and clearly not much of a talker since he didn't have a chance to talk with the gang, and later left to complain about he and his wife's missing car. However, he turned out to be an extreme hater towards traffic, and was determined to get rid of every single vehicle in the area if possible just for piece and quiet.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! Comic Chapter Books[]
Mr. Cooper was one of the strange guests Mystery Inc. saw at the Apple Cider Mill after an encounter with the Mist Monster a day prior, but when they went to ask him some questions about it after finishing with some others, they got interrupted by some noises nearby. When the fog rolled over the mills parking lot and disappeared, the car he and his wife owned was gone (plus multiple others), and he left to go file a complaint to the authorities.
After multiple clues found and some surprising things seen later, the gang discovered that he, along with his wife, were the ones behind the Mist Monster and the disappearing vehicles, as he also despises traffic. The monster was created from the use of multiple fog machines placed around town, Fred and the girls found one at his house, lights were placed on thin poles attached to a horse that pulled a carriage he (or sometimes his wife) used, and the two would store any stolen vehicle in their barn. He was then taken to jail shortly after excepting his defeat, and the authorities later went to his farm to recover the stolen vehicles along with bringing in his wife.
