Mr. Conrad is a short, middle-aged Caucasian male, and a bit obese. He is bald on top of his head with only three strands of hair, while his remaining hair is black.

He was mean and didn't like the gang getting in the way, so he shouted at them: "Get out! Get out! GET OUT!"
History

Season one
He first appeared when he tossed a bundle of newspapers for Shaggy to deliver.
The gang went to his office and informed him about Shaggy's missing bike, but denies to know about it and throws them out.
He was unmasked as the ghost who was printing counterfeiting $5 bills, he stole Shaggy's bike because he needed the bike chain to work his counterfeiting machine. He was then arrested by undercover Treasury agent Shirley McLoon, Shaggy also tells him that he quits his job.
