Mr. Conrad was the boss of the newspaper, the Daily Babbler, in Coolsville.

Physical appearance

Mr. Conrad is a short, middle-aged Caucasian male, and a bit obese. He is bald on top of his head with only three strands of hair, while his remaining hair is black.


He was unkind and disliked the gang getting in the way, so he hollered at them: "Get out, get out, get out!"

Season one

Mr. Conrad unmasked.

He first appeared when he tossed a bundle of newspapers for Shaggy to deliver.

The gang went to his office and informed him about Shaggy's missing bike, but denies knowing about it and throws them out.

He was unmasked as the ghost who was printing counterfeiting $5 bills, he stole Shaggy's bike because he needed the bike chain to work his counterfeit printing press as the chain from Shaggy's bike was a perfect fit. He was then arrested by undercover Treasury agent Shirley McLoon, Shaggy also tells him that he quits his job.
