Mr. Barclay is the head judge at the Coolsville Contraption Contest.
Physical appearance[]
Mr. Barclay is a middle-aged man with gray hair and a mustache. He wears glasses, a black suit jacket with matching pants and shoes over a yellow shirt and blue tie.
Personality[]
He's a nice guy who seemed concerned about having to disqualify the whole contest do to pieces going missing.
History[]
He met the gang when they were looking around in shock because of the various contraptions people had made have there pieces missing, he mentions that if a piece goes missing during the contest. Everyone is disqualified, but do to this happening, the contest might've been cancelled. Daphne replies to him saying that not all contraptions were missing pieces, to which he responds saying that it's weird all of this was happening for no reason.
He later got to see the aftermath of the gang catching the thief, who turned out to be Gerald Montgomery, a contestant at the Contraption Contest who had been scaring people away as Frankenstein's Monster and stealing their contraption pieces to add to his because he wanted to win the contest.
After Gerald's arrest, Mr. Barclay awarded the gang with a gold trophy when the contest was back on for their Mega Trap Contraption.
