Scooby-Doo! Legend of the Phantosaur
He helped decorate the animatronic dinosaurs they used to create the Phantosaur, to scare the paleontologists away so they could get at the silver in the mine. He and Ms. Deitch operated the dinosaurs from a company truck, with cables leading to the robots.
