Season one

The resort was closing its snowboarding slopes when Chris Klug was attacked by the Snow Creature.

When the gang arrives at the Wilkinson Snowboarding Open, Nancy Chang was interviewing Bruce Wilkinson about Chris Klug's injury. They went to the lobby to learn more about the circumstances of the accident from Chris. Avalanche Anderson, another snowboarder, was also treated in the lobby for his injuries.

Soon after, the gang explored various areas of the Wilkinson Snowboarding Open. Those included Theodore Schussman's cabin and the abandoned ski jump. When Fred broke his leg and Velma Dinkley caught a cold, they stayed in a rented room while the remaining gang members investigated.

Scooby and Shaggy were briefly in the kitchen when Bruce, Avalanche, and Chris passed by discussing their participation in the competition.

The entire circumstances of the Snow Creature and the man that controlled it were explained in the lobby.
