The monster was the disguise of Ralph Smith.

The monster was a white furry snow beast with hollow black eyes and mainly a hunched posture.
Personality[]
It was a stalking, hostile and dangerous beast, who targeted members of a geologist team and broke important equipment and devices. It also never gives up as it progressively gets closer to the station each passing day.
History[]
Scooby-Doo and His T.V Friends[]
The monster first showed up out of nowhere during a string of events that happened to Dr. McCallum's geologist team, where it begun terrorizing then days after one of their members presumably perished in the cold do to desperation on getting stuff done.
During the following months it seemingly kept getting closer and closer to the weather station Sylvia, attacking any of them or breaking equipment, which eventually led to McCallum to call Mystery Inc. to help investigate.
It later interrupted Dave and Steve's routine check on the devices outside and chased them back to the station, but was unable to get in when McCallum and Charles Spencer helped block the door before it could make progress inside. But it didn't stop the creature from ambushing Shaggy and Scooby when they ran ahead of everyone through the cellar door exit.
The culprit was soon revealed to be Ralph Smith, the geologist who was desperate in getting his work done. Ralph's desperation led to him almost perishing in the cold, but he was rescued by a hunter and their dog. However, the whole ordeal led to him becoming delusional and full of revenge as he thought his own team left him out to freeze.
Ralph would later get tackled by Charles and Fred during his attempt on getting the two, and he was knocked out and taken back to the states into getting physical medical treatment.
