Miner '49er was the disguise of Hank, a crooked citizen of Crystal Cove. The costume was turned into an exhibit for the Crystal Cove Spook Museum.

Physical appearance

Miner '49er was a tall, broad shouldered man with pale skin, grey hair, and a long grey beard and mustache. He wears tattered clothing including dark blue pants, a blue denim shirt, a partially torn dark blue vest, and a dark brown hat. Miner '49er wears tall black boots.

History

Early life

It was worn by a crook named Hank who Mystery Incorporated brought to justice. They later donated the costume to the Crystal Cove Spook Museum.[1]

Season one

Miner '49er appeared as a costume display at the Crystal Cove Spook Museum where Velma worked as a tour guide for her parents. She spoke about the many famous ghosts of Crystal Cove to tourists, but eventually revealed that all of them turned out to be criminals in disguise. Tourists who believed all the rumors and legends of the famous ghosts were stunned to learn that Miner '49er was just a man named Hank.[1]
