Miloville is a town near Route 66 in the United States. The town was visited by Mystery Inc. when three Mud Men stole the Mystery Machine.

Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?[]
When three Mud Men stole the Mystery Machine from Mystery Inc. while they were driving on Route 66, Mystery Inc. was forced to travel to the nearby town of Miloville on foot. There, they met musician Axl Rose and collaborated to investigate the monsters. However, while at the Sunny Side Up Diner, the Mud Men appeared again and kidnapped Fred, Velma, and Daphne. So, Axl Rose, Shaggy, and Scooby worked together to investigate, finding a hidden lost city containing gold. After Fred, Velma, and Daphne were rescued, Rose and Mystery Inc. followed the Mud Men, chasing them on Route 66.
