Milo Spender unmasked

Spender unmasked.

When Shaggy, Scooby, Daphne and Scrappy arrive at the TV station for Scooby's birthday TV broadcast, Spender spent most of his time trying to get his show running, despite attacks from the Red Skull.

After Shaggy, Scooby, Daphne and Scrappy reunite with Fred and Velma on the show, the Red Skull appears and steals the Hope Diamond from Mrs. Vandereel who also appeared on the show to thank Scooby for saving her diamond years ago.

During the show, the gang found numerous clues and evidence all pointing to Fred as the culprit. After a failed attempt to kill Shaggy and Scooby, the Red Skull was captured and unmasked as Spender who was again unmasked as Stuyvesant was again taken back into custody by the police.
