Mieczysław Gajda is the Polish voice of Scrappy-Doo in the VHS version of Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo (released in the 80s/1989 https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mieczys%C5%82aw_Gajda_%28ur._1931%29 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjK6WZbBbkk). Unlike in other versions of Polish versions (and in American), he voices him in a high tone.
