The Merlin Brothers Academy of Magic (formerly Whirlen Merlin's Academy of Magic and O'Flannery Manor) is located in O'Flannery Manor and run by stage magician expert, Whirlen Merlin. It is also the school where Madelyn Dinkley, younger sister of Velma, attends to learn stage magic.

Early history

O'Flannery Manor was brought over to America from Ireland by Seamus O'Flannery, an 19th-century Irish noble who was said to practice real magic.
Scooby-Doo! Abracadabra-Doo
The school was plagued by a Gryphon so Mystery Incorporated had to solve the case. Marlon Merlin was behind the mystery but his brother forgave him so Marlon and Whirlen started to work together in the school.
