The Menacing Metallic Clown was a miniature golf-course obstacle that could also be run as an attack robot with a human operator inside. He captured Ned, Stacy, and Cougar Forest by "eating" them, and then tying them up in the castle so they couldn't escape.

It's a huge robotic clown with silver metal arms, a set of silver sharp teeth, a big red nose, orange eyes, white sclera with red or orange thin stripes, pinkish lips, and a metal spikey collar. He wears a purple and blue striped shirt, long orange shoes, and green overalls.
