Meadow is an old friend of Shaggy Rogers, and owner of the show dog, M'Lady Moonbeam.

Meadow is a young Caucasian female with blue eyes and long blonde hair which parts symmetrically halfway to the top of her head. Her clothing is a throwback to the stereotypical 1970s hippie appearance, comprised of a long-sleeved light blue top, a golden peace symbol necklace, blue jeans, and brown sandals. In her shoulders she carries a beige hippie-style burlap pen bag adorned with turquoise decorative flowers.

Her apparent air-headed hippie personality conceals a ruthless ambition for her dog to win at any cost.
