Meadow is an old friend of Shaggy Rogers, and owner of the show dog, M'Lady Moonbeam.

Physical appearance

Meadow is a young adult Caucasian female with blue eyes and long blonde hair which parts symmetrically halfway to the top of her head. Her clothing is a throwback to the stereotypical hippie appearance, comprised of a light blue top with long bell-bottom sleeves, a golden peace symbol necklace, blue jeans, and brown sandals. In her shoulders she carries a beige hippie-style burlap pen bag adorned with turquoise decorative flowers.

Personality

Her apparent air-headed hippie personality conceals a ruthless ambition for her dog to win at any cost.

After her crimes were exposed, she showed some remorse by apologizing to Shaggy for ruining their friendship.

What's New, Scooby-Doo?

Season two

She tried to win the International Dog Show; she dressed up as the Cat Creature and hired two thugs to kidnap the Secret Six, so that her dog M'Lady Moonbeam would have a better chance of winning the championship.

Shaggy and Scooby were upset because they were friends, as Meadow sincerely apologizes for ruining their friendship.
