Jones is the mayor of Crystal Cove.
Physical appearance[]
Jones is a middle aged obese man with balding, gray hair and a round nose. He wears a light blue shirt with one chest pocket, a purple and pink double tie, light brown pants and a black belt, plus black shoes.
Personality[]
He was not happy with the recent events going around with a ghost in a purple cape adding certain numbers of snakes around Crystal Cove. He is of course smart and knows his simple additions.
History[]
Solve It with Scooby-Doo!: Math[]
Both him and his secretary were outside in the middle of a snake problem, with them appearing in the most unlikely places in Crystal Cove. Two in the library, one in the supermarket, and one in a child's sandbox. They both retreated into the office and he looked at a map layout of the area, with the addition being four, his secretary congrats him, and gives him another example for remembrance (that being the simple 2 + 2) before calling for Mystery Inc. to come investigate the causes, that being from a ghost in a purple cape that got dubbed, the Angry Adder.
He showed up, a long with his secretary and Dave the snack shop owner to see the captured crook and was surprised to see that the Angry Adder was revealed as Guy Feral. An actor on the wild animal show who wanted to give snakes and the town a bad name after an incident involving his big toe getting bitten. With the mystery solved, Jones happily rewarded them with snacks that were bought at Dave's shop
