Max Minner was an insurance agent and retired circus strongman. He disguised himself as the Green Humungonaut to professionally attack his brother, Jax Minner's, insurance company.
Physical appearance[]
Max is a large, middle-aged man, with graying blond hair, and a mustache. He wears a taupe two-piece suit with a cream colored shirt and red tie. In his early life as a circus strongman, he wore a striped tank top, shorts, and lace up boots.
Personality[]
Minner is a man with an undying hatred of his brother. This hatred stems from their careers as circus strongmen, in which Max abandoned his brother to join a rival circus. This led Max to be established as Jax's mortal enemy, and as Max accuses Jax of being jealous of his success, the hatred is reciprocated. This mutual hatred persisted even after both brothers retired from the circus and became insurance agents, and this led them to resort to criminal means to attack each other's companies. Both are incredibly destructive and violent in their attacks, destroying entire buildings using nothing but their bare hands and physical strength. Even after being arrested, Max Minner lost his temper with his brother, getting into a fistfight while handcuffed.

Early life[]
Max Minner and his brother Jax Minner were former circus strongmen. They came up with an idea for their strongman act that they called the "Hercules Apes" until Max broke up the act by joining a rival circus. They soon became bitter enemies, and as chance would have it, both brothers set up opposing insurance agencies in Crystal Cove.

Season one[]
Max unmasked.
To destroy each other's businesses, they dressed as the Humungonauts, going on a rampage on the properties the other supported, with Max as the Green Humungonaut.
When it came to a dock that Mystery Incorporated set a trap for, the Green Humungounaut ended up fighting the Red Humungonaut until they both easily got caught in Fred Jones, Jr.'s trap. When Sheriff Bronson Stone and Mayor Fred Jones, Sr. arrived with the cops, Velma unmasked the Humungounauts as Max and Jax Minner. After their backstory, Max and Jax stated that they would've got away with it to "if it weren't for my meddling brother." This caused the brothers to fight again as two police officers tried to break it up.
