Mary Kay Bergman was an American voice actress, animation voice-over teacher, and comedienne, who succeeded Heather North Kenney as the voice of Daphne Blake in 1998, most prominently in the first three direct-to-video films. She was in turn succeeded by Grey DeLisle, a personal friend and student of Bergman.[1] She was also the voice of Disney's Snow White, provided Jessie's yodeling vocals and voice for the show "Woody's Roundup" in Toy Story 2, and many of the female characters on South Park.

Bergman suffered with depression which led to a fatal self-inflicted gunshot on November 11, 1999. She was 38. Scooby-Doo and the Alien Invaders was dedicated to her.
