Marla Frumkin is an American screen and voice actress, who became the third Velma Dinkley after replacing Pat Stevens, who could not continue for health reasons.[citation needed] She was also the voice of Serena in the 1980's, G.I.: A Joe Real American Hero. She had a small role in the film, Jake's Corner (co-starring Danny Trejo).
Throughout her career, she's also gone by the names of Marla Frumkin Scott, Marla Scott, and Marla Finn.
