Scooby-Doo! and KISS: Rock and Roll Mystery[]
It was created by Quest Research Laboratories, but was at some point stolen by their employee Delilah Domino, likely after she was fired by them, who used it as a part of her Crimson Witch-disguise (allowing her to fly and float) in her scheme to steal the Detroit Rock. During her capture, Spaceman ripped off the belt from the witch, making her crash into a ceiling wall, which led to her being captured and unmasked.

- Besides how it allowed the wearer to fly, it also covered them with a red glow. If it was something Quest themselves implemented or something Delilah added herself to aid her disguise is unknown.
