Physical appearance[]
Maggie is a woman with black hair in a bob cut and seems to wear pink lipstick. Maggie's outfit consists of a blue sleeveless dress with two orange dots on the chest, an orange collar, an orange necklace, a brown belt around her waist, white leggings, and pink heels.
Personality[]
Maggie is a very mysterious woman. She often speaks in a very vague way almost like she's hiding something. She also seems to know a lot about Zen Tuo and his Dragon often speaking about Zen Tuo's curse. However, all of this was a lie since she was actually an animatronic robot controlled by Marcy.

When Mystery Inc. arrives at Chinatown they encounter Maggie who tells them to leave because the Dragon is angry. When asked who she is she tells them she's in charge of the New Year celebration and before the gang can ask any more questions they hear a loud roar and Maggie disappears. Maggie later shows up again continuing to warn about Zen Tuo and his dragon. Maggie was revealed as Zen Tuo but when a UV light is shined on Maggie her skin melts to reveal she was Mubber Animatronic the one presumably controlling her says through a speaker "Nice Try, Mystery Inc." in a very deep sounding masculine voice that sounds like Winslow Stanton. This was all presumably part of Marcy's plan to frame Stanton.
