Madamoiselle Chantal was the French owner of a restaurant in Zalqara, Egypt.
Physical appearance[]
Chantal is an attractive and adult woman with blue eyes and strawberry blonde hair that falls below her shoulders. She has a beauty spot above the corner of her right lip. She also applies red lipstick. She wears a gold necklace, a silver dress, shoes and shawl.
Personality[]
She seemed to be a friendly restauranter, but she was later revealed to be quite greedy and ruthless as she and her husband used innocent victims to serve their selfish ends, as well as stealing water from nearby towns, forcing them to become abandoned.
Powers and abilities[]
Hypnotism: She has knowledge of hypnotism which she used to put others in a trance, who were later used in her and her husband's scheme.

She married Qasl Al-Famir, but continued to call herself "Mademoiselle" (Miss) Chantal.

Season two[]
The gang met her outside her restaurant where Fred Jones attempted to get them in, but due to his poor French accent they were pointed to a very long line.
She introduced the belly dancing Fatima Sisters (Velma Dinkley and Daphne Blake in disguise) and put a family of tourists that attacked them before in a trance once again.
It could be assumed she was later arrested, along with her husband.
