The Mad Hatter appeared in Scooby-Doo's nightmare about Alice in Wonderland.

Physical appearance[]

The Mad Hatter is a short man with white hair, wears a green top hat with a pin on it, a green tie with black dots and a light brown coat with a white collar.

Personality[]

Like his book counterpart, he is nutty but very friendly with guests coming to his party. However, when it comes to the Queen of Hearts showing up, he also seems to be cowardly.

Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo (second series)[]

Season one[]

He seemed friendly and invited Shaggy Rogers, Scooby-Doo, and Scrappy-Doo to his tea party, but he ran off when the Queen of Hearts showed up.

  • His design is very similar to the Mad Hatter in Hanna Barbarra's adaptation of Alice in Wonderland subtitled What's a Nice Kid Like You Doing in a Place Like this? However, the color palette was changed from the one used in the 1966 special.
