Luminous paint which is also known as Luminescent paint and glow in the dark paint is paint emit visible light which allows it to glow in the dark. The common types of Luminous paint are Fluorescent paint and Phosphorescent paint which is also called Phosphorous paint.

Dr. Roscoff used his pet dog Fang to disguise his dog as the Phantom Wolf and he managed to do the Phantom Wolf disguise by painting Fang with luminous paint. In the end, both Fang and Scooby have a ride on one of the mine carts and howling while being covered in luminous paint.[1]
