History[]
Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]
He greeted the gang when they arrived to the palace after entering from the Bridge of Sighs, because they were gonna solve a case involving the ghost of an 18th century prisoner haunting the area.
After the gangs first encounter with the ghost, Luigi became a suspect on being him do to the facial similarities towards their faces. But before they could take him to the authorities, the actually ghost showed up completely debunking Luigi being the culprit (for now). The gang ran off scared while Luigi ran after them trying to catch up.
He eventually did catch up with them, only to see that they caught the ghost, which was his twin brother Mario. Noticing the gangs confusion, he had to explain, he and his brother were trying to scare people away so they could steal the palaces paintings. He would tell ghost stories to keep people away, while his brother would code himself in picture frame paint to make himself look phosphorant and he used a window washer rope to make it look like he was floating to scare people out of the palace if they made it in.
In defeat, Luigi and Mario sat down knowing that they'll soon be arrested and sentenced to a court case.
