Lowbrow is a criminal "caveman" of low intelligence who thought that more education would make him the King of Crime.
Physical appearance[]
Lowbrow is a brutal-looking man with shaggy black hair. He carries a club. In his first appearance he wears a blue attire, and in the others he wears a blue-purple suit and pants.
Personality[]
He is unintelligent and ignorant. He only likes books with pictures, though he can read a bit. He carried a paper with pictures to remind him of his address (Stoneriver Arms).
Powers and abilities[]
He is good at climbing and swinging, and he is very strong. He can make crude traps with stones and sticks.

Season one[]
He aspires to become king of crime, which placed him on a collision course with Blue Falcon, Dynomutt and Mystery Inc.
Scooby-Doo! Team-Up[]
Lowbrow and the rest of the Injustice League of America were broken out of prison by Manyfaces to attack Blue Falcon, Dynomutt, and Mystery Inc., but were quickly outwitted and captured.[1]

This movie presents everything in the Hanna-Barbera franchise outside of Scooby-Doo to be fictional. Lowbrow was redesigned to be a character portrayed by an unknown actor in the campy The Adventures of Blue Falcon. He appears in an episode of Blue Falcon seen by Shaggy and Scooby in the Mystery Machine, where he is defeated by Falcon and Dynomutt along with other villains.
