Louis is a skinny adult man with black hair and a front curl. He wore a green hat and turtleneck sweater, along with gray pants and black shoes.
Personality[]
He was relatively helpful and busy person, as he helped give the gang a ride to the Tower of Belgium and left to go get his boat checked out for problems. However, it turned out he was secretly a greedy man, looking to smuggle lobster baskets for millions. He also has the tendency to get scared easily when unexpected.
