Louis is an elderly man with balding, gray hair and bushy eyebrows. He wore an eye patch on his right eye, and a plain white shirt with rolled up sleeves underneath a pair of green overalls and brown shoes.

Personality[]
Louis was a nice guy and was helpful around the amusement park since it's grand opening. He later became bitter about an untimely accident of losing his sight on one of his eyes and his shattered dreams of being a weight guesser.
If he was the culprit[]
He cared about his job very much and was possibly worried about being replaced. He showed no remorse for his actions of trying to close down the amusement park.

Louis was sweeping by the log flume ride when he was interrogated by Daphne and when asked if he was the Fun Park Phantom he accused the park's clown and told her the unicycle is a clue.

Louis unmasked.
Louis had been working at the amusement park since the day of the grand opening, being handy with all the tools and taking care of the grounds, rides, and attractions. He had a big ambition in life of being a weight guesser at the parks midway, but his dreams were soon shattered forever when he lost sight on one of his eyes.
He was one of the suspects for the gang when they arrived at the amusement park to investigate the hauntings of a Phantom, he thought that the owner, George Gob, was gonna replace him with a robot.
Possible ending[]
When he heard that George was gonna buy a robot to take care of the park, he thought he was gonna get replaced. So he dressed up as the Fun Park Phantom inorder to scare away the customers and get the park closed down so he could continue working for him and prevent him from affording a robot to take care of the park.
