Liza is an enthusiastic and cheerful woman who enjoys broadcasting her life on the internet. While investigating the crime, she frequently took out her phone to film, speaking to the audience. This often places her in dangerous situations, as Liza is not afraid to encounter monsters for content. Though Shaggy and Scooby did not share her bravery, Liza took advantage of their gluttony and bribed them with pizzas to stay with her.

Season two[]
Liza invited Mystery Inc. to the abandoned Thraber Estate, supposedly haunted by the ghost of treasure looter Charles M. Thraber, to film a vlog in which she explored the haunted mansion. To convince Shaggy and Scooby to stay with her, she ordered pizzas for them. However, almost immediately after entering, Liza and Mystery Inc. were attacked by Thraber's ghost, so they collaborated to investigate the monster as Liza filmed.
After gathering the evidence they needed, they prepared a trap to capture the ghost. Upon capturing the ghost, they discovered that the perpetrator was planning to extract the Francesi Palace ceiling, Thraber's last treasure not returned to its original owner. After the perpetrator was handed over to authorities, Liza concluded her vlog, expressing her desires to have the ceiling placed in a museum.
