It's a living statue with a brown mask with yellow eyes. It also wears a green fur jacket and has moose antlers.

It's sneaky, do to it blending in with other statues in the statue gallery.

Crook unmasked.

The crook dressed up as the living statue to scare everyone away so he could cover up his museum robbery operation.

While he was stealing items from the museum, he was spotted by Eddie, the museums security guard. But he conked him on the head before he was fully seen.

Later, while Shaggy and Scooby were in the statue gallery to see if anything was supposedly added. He snuck in and placed himself on an empty spot near the other statues and was noticed by the two. When they approached him, he suddenly sprang to life and attacked them, but he missed and then started chasing them. Shaggy notices a big red vase and took it. They led the statue back to where the gang was, and then Shaggy threw the vase on top of the statues head causing it to crash into a wall.

The statue was revealed to be a crook and the stolen items were found hidden inside the vase Shaggy threw on the statue.
