The living dummy was just an ordinary puppet controlled by the owner of Fun Time Puppet Co.
Physical appearance[]
The living dummy is a tall puppet depicting him as a man with combed brown hair, and is dressed in a purplish black tux, gray pants, a white dress shirt and a bowtie.
Personality[]
Being the leader of the puppets, he is a serious and a sadistic one, who goes out of his way to torture people and turn them into puppets for trespassing in their domain.
History[]
Fred and the girls stumbled upon him in a room filled with puppets being built, as they were looking around for an old woman's missing cat. He seemingly came to life and introduced himself, and proceeds to torture the three for a bit by trapping them in a cage, before following it up with dangling them on wires and forcing them to dance, then drop them, and repeat. He soon left the room, only for the trap to get destroyed by Daphne throwing something at it.
He later joined in with the other puppets in pursuing the gang throughout the factory, "showcasing" their ability of turning people into puppets, but they managed to escape them by ducking into an office.
The living dummy and the rest of his army were later led into a trap where Shaggy and Scooby dressed in Chinese outfits and dances with sparklers, but before they were able to captured them, they were stopped short by a group of "officers" and begun to retreat. During their retreat, the cat Mystery Inc. was looking for accidently knocked Scooby into a box of fireworks and caused a humongous amount of explosions when he dropped the sparkler.

The chaos of the fireworks was enough to make the criminals behind the origination reveal themselves, and they were all tied up and leant to the authorities for their mass bank robberies.
