Season two[]
Mystery Inc. visited Littlefield to visit the art collection of the town's only professional artist, Violet Oberon. They discovered that the town had scarce arts funding because of the policies of the mayor, Perry Putnam. However, Putnam's opponents, including Joe McGrath, were being scared into withdrawing by the ghost of the town's founder, Amos Littlefield. As such, Velma ran for mayor to capture the ghost. After the capture was successful, Velma withdrew from the race but endorsed McGrath.
