- This article is about the character from the DTV Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase. For other uses, see Lion (disambiguation).
The lion was an opponent on the Roman Colosseum stage of the Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase video game.
Physical appearance[]
The lion was very large and carried the box of Scooby Snacks clamped tightly in its jaws.
Personality[]
True to its nature, the lion was very ferocious. However, it does have anthropomorphic traits, such as being looking for a bull Fred said "Toro Toro" instead of "Leo Leo". It's seemed well trained responding to "Leo Leo" very faithfully even to its own detriment. The Lion is very aggressive always attacking until it gets tired.
History[]
Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase[]
The Phantom Virus released the skeleton gladiators and their lion into the arena. It had the Scooby Snacks box and put it down to chase the gang.
The lion and the skeleton gladiators started to come closer.
Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo handled the skeleton gladiators while Fred Jones and the girls took on the lion. Fred told Daphne Blake to give him her jacket. Fred knew the jacket wasn't red, but it would have to do. Fred said "Toro Toro" and the lion stopped in confusion. Then Fred used the correct term with "Leo Leo", getting the lion mad enough to charge at Fred and pass him.
Daphne and Velma Dinkley opened the door to get the lion in. Fred lured the lion in the big door and the girls trapped the lion behind it.
Scooby-Doo and Cyber Chase' (PlayStation)[]
The lion acts as one of the Phantom Virus' main bosses specifically the boss of Ancient Rome. While looking for the Phantom Virus, Shaggy encountered the Lion as well as Skeleton gladiators who all tried to attack him. They fail and Shaggy is able to defeat the lion, and after avoiding a final spear attack from the gladiators, summoning the box of Scooby Snack was summoned that's needed to beat the level.
